Consumidor:

O zumbido e a perda da audição, tanto reversíveis e permanentes, têm sido relatados com o uso do loop de diuréticos. Efeitos ototóxicos geralmente têm sido associados a uma rápida injecção intravenosa ou intramuscular, insuficiência renal grave, excepcionalmente altas doses (por exemplo, várias vezes a habitual dose recomendada), e/ou uso concomitante de outros agentes ototóxicos. A terapia com os diuréticos da ansa deve ser administrado com cautela em pacientes com pré-existentes vestibular e/ou de deficiências auditivas, uma vez que pode atrasar o reconhecimento ou confundir o diagnóstico de um induzida por fármacos ototóxicos efeito. Altas doses de terapia parenteral deve ser administrada, controlada infusão.
