Consumidor:

O uso de estramustine, uma combinação de estradiol e nornitrogen de mostarda, é contra-indicado em pacientes com o trombóticos ou distúrbios tromboembólicos, a menos que o tumor de massa é pensado para ser a fonte destas condições. Estrogênios, particularmente em doses elevadas, pode aumentar o risco de eventos trombóticos, infarto do miocárdio e avcs. A terapia com estramustine deve ser administrado com cautela e somente após uma análise cuidadosa dos riscos e benefícios em pacientes com doença cerebrovascular, doença arterial coronariana, ou história de eventos trombóticos ou distúrbios tromboembólicos.
