Consumidor:

Sulfonamidas pode ser absorvido sistemicamente, quando aplicado à pele, olhos ou membranas mucosas. Uma vez absorvido, sulfonamidas e seus metabólitos são eliminados pelo rim. Pacientes com insuficiência renal podem estar em maior risco de efeitos adversos de sulfonamidas devido à diminuição da droga folga. Além disso, sulfonamidas podem causar toxicidade renal secundária a crystalluria, incluindo uro - e nefrolitíase, nefrite, tóxicos nephrosis, hematúria, proteinúria e, elevados BUN e creatinina. Hidratação adequada e de débito urinário (> 1,5 L/dia) deve ser mantida durante a sulfonamida de administração. Testes de função Renal e exame de urina deve ser realizado regularmente durante terapia prolongada (> 2 semanas). Alguns fabricantes tópica de sulfonamida produtos não recomendamos seu uso em pacientes com comprometimento da função renal.
