Consumidor:

Quinolonas (exceto trovafloxacin, moxifloxacina, e nalidixic acid) e seus metabólitos são eliminados pelo rim. Pacientes com insuficiência renal podem estar em maior risco de efeitos adversos de quinolonas, incluindo a nefrotoxicidade, devido à diminuição da droga folga. Dosagem podem ser necessários ajustamentos e modificações devem ser com base no grau de insuficiência renal e a severidade da infecção, de acordo com o produto individual rotulagem pacote. A função Renal testes devem ser realizados periodicamente durante a terapia.
