Na verificação da interação, conforme informações das fontes confiáveis como Drugs.com, Rxlist.com, Webmd.com, Medscape.com, foram identificadas as contra-indicações ou efeitos colaterais que podem prejudicar a saúde ou aumentar efeito negativo ao consumir o medicamento com esta doença concomitante.

Consumidor:

O uso de thrombolytics é contra-indicado em pacientes com sangramento ativo (interno), trauma/cirurgia (recente CPR/intracraniana/intraspinal cirurgia dentro de 2 meses), sangramento diátese, a história de cerebrovascular (CV) acidente, intracraniana defeito (aneurismas, malformações arteriovenosas, neoplasia) ou grave não controlada hipertensão arterial (PAS>180/PAD>110). Risco versus benefício deve ser cuidadosamente considerados nas seguintes condições e terapia trombolítica administrado com cautela em pacientes com os recentes (10 dias) grave GI sangrar ou recente (10 dias) procedimento cirúrgico (coronary bypass " ou enxerto, obstétricos de entrega, órgão, biópsia, punção de noncompressible navio), coração esquerdo trombo, endocardite bacteriana subaguda, hemostático defeito, CV doença diabética retinopatia hemorrágica, ou a gravidez. Acompanhamento clínico de hematopoiéticas, sangramento e de coagulação funções é recomendado, antes do início da terapia trombolítica. Medidas da actividade fibrinolítica e/ou coagulação funções durante a infusão não se correlacionam com a eficácia ou risco de sangramento.
