Consumidor:

Apesar de narcóticos opiáceos analgésicos, agentes, geralmente, são metabolizados pelo fígado, insuficiência renal, podem alterar a eliminação desses agentes e de seus metabólitos (alguns dos quais são farmacologicamente ativa), resultando em interações de acumulação e de aumento do risco de toxicidade. A terapia com opióides devem ser administrados com cautela e iniciadas em doses reduzidas em pacientes com prejudica de forma significativa a função renal. As doses subsequentes devem ser titulada com base na resposta individual ao invés de um fixo de dosagem programação.
