Consumidor:

A azatioprina é metabolicamente convertido para a farmacologicamente ativo 6-mercaptopurina (6-MP). A conversão de 6-MP e o metabolismo de 6-MP pode ser prejudicada em pacientes com doença hepática. A terapia com azatioprina deve ser administrado com cautela em pacientes com doença hepática. A monitorização da função hepática é recomendado nestes doentes.
