Consumidor:A ranitidina é principalmente eliminado pelo rim. Apesar de a droga é geralmente bem tolerada, a dose diária deve, inicialmente, ser reduzida em pacientes com moderada a insuficiência renal grave (CrCl < 50 mL/min). Se necessário, a dose diária pode ser aumentada com cuidado.
