Consumidor:

O uso de amrinone, e, mais raramente, milrinone, pode causar trombocitopenia. Este parece ser dose-dependente e ocorre geralmente durante a terapia prolongada. A terapia com amrinone e milrinone deve ser administrado com cautela em pacientes com trombocitopenia. A dose pode necessitar de ser reduzida ou o medicamento descontinuado se a contagem de plaquetas cai abaixo de 150.000/mm3 ou se os sintomas se desenvolvem. Contagem de plaquetas antes e durante o tratamento são recomendados.
