Consumidor:O uso de penicillinase resistente à penicilina tem sido associados com efeitos adversos hematológicos efeitos, incluindo neutropenia, leucopenia, granulocitopenia e trombocitopenia, particularmente quando administrada em altas parenteral, em doses. Agranulocitose e prolongado tempo de hemorragia têm sido relatadas raramente. A terapia com penicillinase resistente à penicilina deve ser administrado com cautela em pacientes com pré-existentes discrasias sanguíneas ou de medula óssea, depressão, e hematopoiéticas função deve ser monitorado. Hemograma com diferencial deve ser realizado antes do início da terapia e de 1 a 3 vezes por semana durante a terapia. Anormalidades hematológicas são, geralmente, reversíveis e resolver dentro de alguns dias a duas semanas após a descontinuação da terapia.
