Na verificação da interação, conforme informações das fontes confiáveis como Drugs.com, Rxlist.com, Webmd.com, Medscape.com, foram identificadas as contra-indicações ou efeitos colaterais que podem prejudicar a saúde ou aumentar efeito negativo ao consumir o medicamento com esta doença concomitante.
Consumidor:O lítio é principalmente eliminado pelos rins e geralmente não deve ser administrado a pacientes com disfunção renal significativa. Além disso, alterações morfológicas com glomerular e intersticial, fibrose e nefrónio atrofia têm sido relatados em pacientes crônicas de lítio terapia, embora a associação não tenha sido claramente estabelecida. A função renal deve ser avaliada em pacientes antes de iniciar o tratamento, durante e depois de rotina e exame de urina e função renal testes são recomendados. Progressivas ou bruscas alterações na função renal indicar a necessidade de reavaliação do tratamento. Monitoramento de lítio, os níveis séricos também é recomendado.
